Në datën 27 korrik 2021, u organizua nga Zyra Kombëtare Erasmus+ Shqipëri, Vizita e Parë Monitoruese për Projektin Erasmus+ CBHE SUCCESS, “Sustainable university-enterprises cooperation for improving graduate employability“.
Projekti SUCCESS ku UV është një prej partnerëve, mbështetet nga Programi Erasmus+, e ka për qëllim modernizimin e universiteteve të WBC përmes forcimit të partneritetit Universitet-Ndërmarrje në fushat e arsimit dhe transferimit të njohurive, bazuar në nevojat e tregut me qëllim përmirësimin e punësimit të studentëve.
Vizita monitoruese u mbajt përmes platformës Microsoft Teams me pjesëmarrës partnerët shqiptarë të projektit. Në këtë takim morën pjesë përfaqësues nga zyra Kombëtare Erasmus+, si dhe institucionet partnere nga Shqipëria përfshirë Universitetin e Vlorës “Ismail Qemali”, Universitetin Epoka dhe Universitetin e Shkodrës “Luigj Gurakuqi”. Universiteti i Vlorës u përfaqësua nga Prof.Assoc.Elenica Pjero (Beqiraj) dhe Dr. Enida Pulaj, Fakulteti i Ekonomisë si dhe Dr. Orgeta Gjermëni, Fakulteti i Shkencave Teknike dhe Natyrore.
Në emër të anëtarëve të Grupit të Punës së projektit, koordinatorja Prof.Assoc.Pjero prezantoi një panoramë të përgjithshme të aktiviteteve si dhe progresin e deritanishëm, duke evidentuar rolin specifik të Universitetit në këtë projekt si dhe rezultatet e arritura deri më tani.
Bazuar në rezultatet e projektit dhe sipas vëzhgimeve të Zyrës Kombëtare Erasmus+, projekti ka arritur përparim shumë të kënaqshëm duke marrë parasysh sfidat e dala për shkak të pandemisë Covid-19, e cila ka krijuar vështirësi në organizimin e takimeve fizike me pjesën tjetër të konsorciumit të projektit.
Gjatë kësaj vizite u dhanë sugjerime shumë të vlefshme nga përfaqësuesit e Zyrës Kombëtare Erasmus+ për aspekte të ndryshme të aktiviteteve të projektit si dhe u ofrua mbështetja dhe ekspertiza prej tyre për çështjet e mundshme që mund të lindin në aktivitetet e ardhshme të projektit SUCCESS.
The First Monitoring Visit for the Erasmus + CBHE Project SUCCESS “Sustainable university-enterprises cooperation for improving gradual employability”, was organized by Albania National Erasmus Office on the 27th of July 2021.
SUCCESS project where UV is one of the partners, is supported by the Erasmus + Program and aims to modernize WBC universities by strengthening the University-Enterprise partnership in the fields of education and knowledge transfer, based on market needs in order to improve the student’s employment.
The monitoring visit was held on the Microsoft Teams platform participating all the Albanian project partners. The meeting was attended by representatives from the National Erasmus + Office, as well as other partner institutions from Albania, including University of Vlora “Ismail Qemali”, Epoka University and University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi”. University of Vlora was represented by Assoc. Prof. Elenica Pjero (Beqiraj) and Dr.Enida Pulaj from Faculty of Economy, Dr. Orgeta Gjermëni, Faculty of Technical and Natural Sciences.
On behalf of the members of the Project Work Group, the coordinator Prof. Assoc. Pjero presented an overview of activities as well as the progress so far, highlighting the specific role of the University of Vlora in this project and the results already achieved.
Based on the project outcomes and according to the observations of the National Erasmus + Office, the project has achieved very satisfactory progress considering the challenges emerged by the Covid-19 pandemic, which has created difficulties in organizing physical meetings with the rest of the project consortium.
During this visit valuable suggestions were expressed by the representatives of the National Erasmus + Office for various aspects of the project activities, as well as their support and expertise for possible issues that may arise in the future activities of the SUCCESS project.
