[:sq]Thirrje për trajnim në kuadër të Projektit “Hybrid Education 4 Youth Workers” në Timisoara të Rumanisë
Në kuadër të projektit “Hybrid Education 4 Youth Workers” nën Erasmus+ KA1 Youth Workers initiative, ku Universiteti i Vlorës është partner projekti, organizohet më 25.06.2021-01.07.2021 në Timisoara të Rumanisë trajnimi mbi sipërmarrjen, ku do të marrin pjesë 18 përfaqësues nga 6 shtete partnere në projekt (Rumani, Republika Ceke, Turqi, Shqipëri, Maqedonia e Veriut dhe Greqi).
Aktiviteti përfshin zhvillimin e një programi trajnimi mbi shërbimet mbështetëse për zhvillimin e sipërmarrjes që mbulon temat e mëposhtme: Procesi i zhvillimit të sipërmarrjes – Aftësitë e jetës; Aftësitë e biznesit; Këshillim dhe Rrjetëzim.
Universiteti i Vlorës si partner projekti do të përfaqësohet në këtë trajnim me 3 anëtarë të saj.
Numri i bursave për trajnim: 3 (tre)
Kriteret për aplikantët:
Kandidatët duhet të jenë të rinj aktiv, staf i UV-së që kanë të paktën 1 vit përvojë pune pranë UV-së si dhe të jenë të interesuar dhe të motivuar për të zhvilluar njohuritë dhe aftësitë e tyre në fushat e mbuluara nga projekti si dhe të kenë njohuri të mira të gjuhës angleze. Aty ku është e mundur në përzgjedhjen e kandidatëve do të respektohet barazia gjinore.
Dokumentet e nevojshme për aplikim:
- Letër interesi që shpreh qartë objektivat tuaja për këtë trajnim
- Kopje të pasaportës
- Vërtetim punësimi
- CV në gjuhën angleze
- Certifikata e gjuhës së huaj që vërteton njohjen e gjuhës Angleze.
- Vërtetim nga Rektori/Dekani i Fakultetit tuaj që ju lejon të shkëputeni për të kryer mobilitetin.
Për përzgjedhjen e kandidatëve do të ngrihet një komision që do të vlerësoj aplikimet me prioritet si me poshte vijon:
- Përzgjedhja e kandidateve bazohet në kriteret në përputhje me udhëzuesin Erasmus + (qytetare në vendin e organizatës dërguese ose në vendin pritës), duke treguar ndjeshmëri sociale, ekuilibër gjinor, të moshës 20+.
- Secili partner do të zgjedhë 3 të rinj aktivë në fushën e rinisë si të punësuar ose vullnetarë brenda organizatave.
- Kritere të tjera do të jenë:
- të paktën 1 vit përvojë në punën me te rinj,
- aktiviste rinorë përgjegjës për programet e zhvillimit të sipërmarrjes në organizatat e tyre,
- operatorë rinorë që punojnë me të rinj të pafavorizuar dhe në fushën e përfshirjes sociale, interesit dhe motivimit për të zhvilluar njohuri dhe aftësi fushat e mbuluara nga lëvizshmëria e projektit,
- aftësi ne gjuhen angleze
Afati i aplikimit dhe dorëzimi i dokumentave:
Dokumentet e aplikimit duhet të dorëzohen brenda datës _11/06/2021__ në mënyrat si vijon:
- dorazi tek Qendra e Zhvillimit Rajonal, kati i pestë në Fakultetin e Shkencave Teknike ;
- elektronikisht (të skanuara në formatin pdf) në adresën cipi@univlora.edu.al
Kandidatët aplikues kanë të drejtën e ankimimit kundër vendimit të komisionit pranë Rektorit brenda 5 ditëve nga marrja e njoftimit.

[:en]Call for training mobility within the Hybrid Education 4 Youth Workers Project in Timisoara, Romania
In the framework of the project “Hybrid Education 4 Youth Workers” under Erasmus + KA1 Youth Workers initiative, where the University of Vlora is a project partner, a entrepreneurship training, is organized on the period 25.06.2021-01.07.2021 in Timisoara, Romania, which will be attended by 18 representatives from 6 partner countries in the project (Romania, Czech Republic, Turkey, Albania, Northern Macedonia and Greece).
The activity includes the development of a training program on support services for entrepreneurship development that covers the following topics: Entrepreneurship development process – Life skills; Business skills; Consulting and Networking.
The University of Vlora as a project partner will be represented in this training with 3 members.
Number of training scholarships: 3 (three)
Criteria for applicants:
Candidates must be active young people and UV staff who have at least 1 year of work experience at UV and be interested and motivated to develop their knowledge and skills in the areas covered by the project and have good knowledge of English. Where it is possible, gender equality will be respected in the selection of candidates.
Required documents for application:
- Letter of interest that clearly states your objectives for this training in English
- Copy of passport
- Certificate of employment translated in English
- CV in English
- Foreign language certificate certifying English language proficiency.
- Certificate from the Rector / Dean of your Faculty in English that allows you to leave and to perform mobility.
For the selection of candidates a commission will be set up that will evaluate the applications with priority as follows:
- The selection of candidates is based on criteria in accordance with the Erasmus + guide (citizen in the country of the sending organization or in the host country), showing social sensitivity, gender balance, aged 20+.
- Each partner will select 3 young people active in the field of youth as employees or volunteers within the organization.
- Other criteria will be:
- at least 1 year of experience working with young people,
- youth activists responsible for entrepreneurship development programs in their organizations,
- youth operators working with disadvantaged youth and in the field of social inclusion, interest and motivation to develop knowledge and skills in the areas covered by project mobility,
- English language skills level
Deadline for application and submission of documents:
Application documents must be submitted by _11 / 06 / 2021__ in the following ways:
- by hand at the Center for Regional Development, fifth floor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences;
- electronically (scanned in pdf format) at the address eva.cipi@univlora.edu.al
