In the context of the implementation of the project entitled “International Engineering Competence Centers to push Sustainable Mobility Development in Albania and Montenegro – INTEC (project number: 101081873)” with the main partner University of Applied Sciences FH Joanneum (FHJ) – Graz, Austria, on 17 April, 2024, the 3rd Management Board Meeting took place. The meeting was held on-line and thirteen people in total participated from the partners. Following issues were discussed:
– the content of the dissemination report was explained and all agreed to fill in approx (every 3 months)
– the updated time plan for train the trainer modules was introduced and agreed
– the webpage was shown and agreed to upload the templates in download area
– links to social media accounts were shared via webpage and all agreed to disseminate and share with partners and students to reach the target of 700 followers
– results of Smoodle camps were shown – positive result of survey
– discussion on equipment list, all agreed to update the depreciation costs sheet
– ideas for community building events and dissemination material were discussed
Në kuadër të implementimit të projektit me titull “International Engineering Competence Centers to push Sustainable Mobility Development in Albania and Montenegro – INTEC (Proposal number: 101081873)” me partnerin kryesor Universitetin e Shkencave të Aplikuara FH Joanneuam (FHJ) – Graz Austri, më 17 Prill 2024, u mbajt takimi i 3-të i Bordit Drejtues. Takimi u mbajt on-line dhe morën pjesë gjithsej trembëdhjetë persona nga Universitetet partnere. U diskutuan çështjet e mëposhtme:
- U shpjegua përmbajtja e raportit të diseminimit dhe të gjithë ranë dakord të plotësonin çdo 3 muaj aktivitetet e zhvilluara;
- U prezantua dhe u miratua plani kohor i përditësuar për modulet e trajnimit të trajnerëve
- U prezantua faqja e internetit dhe ranë dakord partnerët për të ngarkuar template-et e përgatitura;
- U prezantua lidhja e faqes zyrtare të projektit me llogaritë e mediave sociale dhe të gjithë ranë dakord të shpërndanin me partnerët dhe studentët për të arritur objektivin e 700 ndjekësve;
- U shfaqën rezultatet e kampeve Smoodle – rezultat pozitiv i anketës;
- U diskutua mbi listën e pajisjeve, të gjithë ranë dakord të përditësojnë fletën e kostove të amortizimit;
- U diskutuan idetë për eventet/aktivitetet në komunitet dhe materialet që do të diseminohen.
