SMART Training in Vlora, Albania took place as 2,5 day synchronous hybrid activity, hosted by University of Vlorë “Ismail Qemali” in Vlore, Albania from 19th to 21st November 2023, managed by UNIVLORA SMART team, Project Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Fioralba Vela, and Dr. Enida Pulaj.
The Focus was on two Modules : – Module 3: “Understanding the Meaning of the Local Ecosystem for Sustainable Innovation” and Module 4: “Supply Chains and Digital Transformation” . During the first day participants had the opportunity to visit Old Town of Vlora, as a real example of urban revival through innovative solutions.
Day 2 – Partners from Technische Universität Dresden opened the training with themes Agile Project Management and Perspectives for entrepreneurial thinking in the SMART network. Partners from Politecnico di Milano and Milan Polytechnic Foundation were leading the theme HEI-business cooperation at EU, national, regional, and local level. Day 3 – Partners from Technische Universität Dresden opened the Module 4: “Supply Chains and Digital Transformation”.All partners participated in a hybrid mode: both on-site and online.
Trajnimi SMART në Vlorë, Shqipëri u zhvillua si aktivitet hibrid sinkron 2,5 ditor, i organizuar nga Universiteti i Vlorës “Ismail Qemali” në Vlorë, Shqipëri nga data 19 deri më 21 nëntor 2023, i menaxhuar nga ekipi i UNIVLORA SMART, Koordinatori i Projektit, Assoc. Prof. Fioralba Vela, dhe Dr. Enida Pulaj.
Fokusi ishte në dy module: – Moduli 3: “Të kuptuarit e perkufizimit të ekosistemit lokal për inovacion të qëndrueshëm” dhe Moduli 4: “Zinxhirët e furnizimit dhe transformimi dixhital”. Gjatë ditës së parë pjesëmarrësit patën mundësinë të vizitojnë Qytetin e Vjetër të Vlorës, si një shembull real i ringjalljes urbane përmes zgjidhjeve inovative.
Dita 2 – Partnerët nga Technische Universität Dresden hapën trajnimin me temat : Agile Project Management dhe Perspektivat për të menduarin sipërmarrës në rrjetin SMART. Partnerët nga Politecnico di Milano dhe Fondacioni Politeknik i Milanos drejtuan temën e bashkëpunimit IAL-biznes në nivel BE, kombëtar, rajonal dhe lokal. Dita 3 – Partnerët nga Technische Universität Dresden hapën Modulin 4: “Zinxhirët e Furnizimit dhe Transformimi Dixhital”.Të gjithë partnerët morën pjesë në trajnim në mënyrë hibride: si në vend ashtu edhe online
