Nga 10-12 Tetor 2023, përfaqësues të Fakultetit të Ekonomisë morën pjesë në konferencën përmbyllëse të projektit ‘Sustainable University-Enterprise Cooperation for Improving Graduate Employability (SUCCESS)’, në Mostar, Bosnjë-Hercegovinë. Organizator i këtij aktiviteti ishte Universiteti ‘Dzemal Bijedic’ në Mostar. Universiteti ynë u përfaqësua nga kordinatorja e këtij projekti Zv/Dekane, Prof.Assoc.Elenica Pjero (Beqiraj), si dhe nga dy anëtaret e grupit të punës, Prof.Assoc.Xhiliola Agaraj(Shehu) si dhe Dr.Enida Pulaj (Brakaj).
Gjatë ditës së parë të konferencës secili prej partnerëve prezantoi me sukses rezultatet e punës gjatë zbatimit të projektit. Vizita në Intera Techno Park si dhe në Innovation LAB u realizua gjatë ditës së dytë të aktivitetit ku dhe u zhvillua një Panel i Historive të SUKSESshme. Fokusi i këtij paneli tepër interesant ishte në sfidat që ndeshin sipërmarrësit në rrugën e tyre drejt SUKSESIT. Shumë motivim e këshilla u transmetuan tek pjesëmarresit nga panelistët e këtij aktiviteti frymëzues.
Konferenca përmbyllëse shërbeu si një eksperiencë interesante e shkëmbimit mes partnerëve, të rezultateve dhe sfidave që shoqëruan punën e këtij rrugëtimi 3 vjecar të zbatimit të një projekti kaq të vecantë e frytëdhënës, sic ishte SUCCESS.
SUCCESS final conference in Bosnia-Herzegovina
October 10-12, 2023, representatives from the Faculty of Economics participated in the closing conference for the project ‘Sustainable University-Enterprise Cooperation for Improving Graduate Employability (SUCCESS)’, in Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina. This activity was organized by the “Dzemal Bijedic” University in Mostar. Our university representatives for this project were: Vice Dean, Prof. Assoc. Elenica Pjero (Beqiraj) as the coordinator of this project together with two other members of the project team, Prof. Assoc. Xhiliola Agaraj (Shehu) and Dr. Enida Pulaj (Brakaj).
During the conference first day, each of the partners successfully presented their work results from the project implementation. On the second day the conference continued with a visit to Intera Techno Park and inovation LAB, where a SUCCESSFUL Stories Panel took place. The focus of this remarkably interesting panel was on the challenges entrepreneurs face on their way to SUCCESS. A lot of motivation and advice was conveyed to the participants by the panelists of this inspiring event.
The closing conference served as an interesting experience exchange between project partners on the results and challenges that accompanied the work of this 3-year journey of the implementation of such a special and fruitful project, as it is SUCCESS.
