Në kuadër të implementimit të projektit SMART “Qendrat e Inovacionit SMART për zhvillimin e të menduarit inovativ dhe sipërmarrës për të lehtësuar zhvillimin e zgjidhjeve të qëndrueshme inteligjente në Ballkanin Perëndimor”, u organizua më 20 Mars 2023, takimi i parë me temë:
“Identifikimi i aktorëve dhe grupeve të interesit, dhe qasjet e tyre në funksion të përcaktimit të fokusit të qendrës SMART”
Grupi i punës në Universitetin e Vlorës në bashkëpunim me Agjensinë e Zhvillimit Ekonomik Lokal-Auleda, partner i projektit, organizuan takimin e përbashkët me pjesëmarrjen e aktorëve lokale të Qarkut Vlorës me qëllim shkëmbimin e ideve dhe identifikimin e propozimeve dhe aktiviteteve në funksion të adresimit të sfidave të IAL-ve në fushën e specializimit SMART dhe zhvillimit tek studentët të kompetencave të inovacionit dhe sipërmarrjes përmes zhvillimit të moduleve të reja të të mësuarit.
Fjalën përshëndetëse e mbajti Zv. Rektore Akademike në Universitetin e Vlorës, Prof. Asoc, Frosina Londo, dhe Kryetari i Qarkut, Z. Ervis Mocka. Në fjalën e tyre u theksua rëndësia e bashkëpunimit të universitetit me aktorët lokal si dhe roli i qendrës së inovacionit në përmbushje të misionit të dytë dhe të tretë të universitetit. Në vazhdim, Prof.Asoc Fioralba Vela, kordinatore e projektit, dhe Dr. Enida Pulaj vijuan me aktivitetet e takimit, në funksion të qëllimit dhe objektivave të projektit.
Në këtë takim pjesëmarrës ishin përfaqësues të institucioneve publike, institucione të arsimit të lartë lokal, kompani private, subjekte të shoqërisë civile dhe ekspertë në fusha të tjera. Konkluzionet dhe rekomandimet e këtij takimi i vijnë në ndihmë realizmit të aktivitetit të parë të projektit, identifikimi i rolit të grupeve të interesit dhe analiza krahasuese e përpjekjeve për specializim inteligjent brenda kornizës së heliksit të pesëfishtë (Quintuple Helix) të inovacionit në Shqipëri, Bosnjë dhe Hercegovinë, Mal të Zi dhe BE.
SMART Project meeting with focus groups
In the framework of the SMART project implementation – SMART Innovation Centers for the Development of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Thinking to Facilitate the Development of Sustainable Smart Solutions in the Western Balkans, on March 20, 2023, it was organized the first meeting of the project focused on the topic:
“Identification of actors and interest groups and their approaches to defining the focus of the SMART center”
The working group at the University of Vlora in cooperation with the Local Economic Development Agency-Auleda, as a project partner, organized the joint meeting with the participation of local actors of the Vlora District to exchange ideas and identify proposals and activities to address challenges of HEIs in the field of SMART specialization and the development of innovation and entrepreneurship competencies in students through the development of new learning modules.
The welcoming speech was delivered by Deputy. Academic Rector, at the University of Vlora, Prof. Assoc. Frosina Londo, and Mr. Ervis Mocka, Chairman of the Vlora District Council. In their welcome speech, they emphasized the importance of cooperation between the university and other local actors as well as the role of the innovation center in helping to fulfill the university’s second and third missions. Moreover, Prof. Assoc Fioralba Vela, project coordinator, and Dr. Enida Pulaj continued with the activities of the meeting, in function of the purpose and objectives of the project.
Local actors participating in the meeting were representatives of public institutions, local higher education institutions, private companies, civil society organizations, and experts in other fields. The conclusions and recommendations of this meeting will contribute to the realization of the work package related to the identification of the role of interest groups and the comparative analysis of smart specialization efforts within the Quintuple Innovation Helix framework in Albania, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and the EU.
