In the context of the implementation of the project entitled “International Engineering Competence Centers to push Sustainable Mobility Development in Albania and Montenegro – INTEC (Proposal number: 101081873)” with the main partner University of Applied Sciences FH Joanneum (FHJ) – Graz Austria, on 26th of November 2024, the 2nd meeting on the Business plan was held.
The meeting was held on-line and 10 persons in total participated, from all partner countries. The activity was coordinated by Mrs. Daniela Wenzl, coordinator of the project and Ivana Ognjanovic, coordinator of the WP7. This work package concerns the business plan development for each IECC in order to start the operation.
The main objective is to increase interaction among different stakeholders, to increase managing competencies of engineers and to develop a strategy for the operation. Furthermore, the training material from Train-the-trainer Modules and Sessions is adapted accordingly to the strategy and schedule of trainings of each IECC: INTEC Ambassadors obtain the necessary knowledge to guide the training services of the IECCs and are therefore in charge for the customization of the training material from capacity building trainings. If sought by the academic staff and/or the students, participants of the capacity building training courses are going to conduct additional training sessions to make sure that the acquired knowledge is in-depth to implement the planned services.
