Pikat kryesore nga sesioni i trajnimit dhe Mbledhja e Bordit të Menaxhimit të Projektit “SMART” ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE, i financuar nga BE, të mbajtur në Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, në Fakultetin e Ekonomisë, Universiteti i Banja Lukës, gjatë datave 25-29 shtator, 2023.
Trajnimet u organizuan nga partneri europian i projektit, Universiteti Teknik i Dresdenit, dhe u fokusuan në disa tema shumë të rëndësishme që lidhen me ngritjen e kapaciteteve të trajnerëve në çdo universitet partner të Ballkanit Perëndimor, anëtar i konsorciumit SMART. U përdorën metodat e Leksionit, Tryezës së Rrumbullakët, Kafenesë Botërore, Profilizimit të Rasteve të Përdorimit, Prodhimi i një njoftimi për shtyp bazuar në AI (duke përdorur ChatGPT), Analiza e Nevojave, Modelimi i Rolit dhe Konferenca e Realitetit Virtual dhe Darka Sociale e Punës.

Highlights from the Training session and Project Management Board Meeting held in Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, at the Faculty of Economy, University of Banja Luka, during 25-29 September, in the framework of “SMART” ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE, EU funded project.
The trainings were organized by the EU project partner, Technical University of Dresden, and focused on some very important topics related to the trainers capacity building at each Western Balkans partner university, member of SMART consortium. There were used the methods of Lecture, Roundtable Discussion, World Café, Use Case Profiling, AI-based production of a press release (by using ChatGPT), Needs Analysis, Role Modelling and Virtual Reality Conferencing and Working Social Dinner.
University of Vlora “Ismail Qemali” was represented by the SMART project coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Fioralba Vela and Dr. Enida Pulaj.
