Rektori i Universitetit “Ismail Qemali” Vlorë, Prof. Dr. Roland Zisi, në datat 5-7 dhjetor 2022, kreu një vizitë pune në Verona, Itali, në kuadër të ndërkombëtarizimit të institucionit, si një prej linjave kryesore të Strategjisë së Zhvillimit të UV. Gjatë këtyre ditëve ai realizoi dy takime, respektivisht në Universitetin e Veronës, (Università degli Studi di Verona) dhe në Selinë e Kompanisë “PHOENIX GROUP”, një Qendër Konsulence për Manaxhim dhe Shërbime Teknologjike. Të dy takimet u koordinuan nga Z. Albi Shabani, student ALUMNI i Fakultetit të Ekonomisë së UV dhe më pas i Universitetit të Veronës, aktualisht Ekspert Manaxher i Projektit Phoenix Capital që zhvillohet nga “PHOENIX GROUP”.
Në Selinë e Kompanisë “PHOENIX GROUP”, Verona, Itali, Rektori i UV, Prof. Dr. Roland Zisi u prit nga Presidenti i kësaj korporate, Z. Giulio Fezzi dhe CEO i saj, Znj. Giovanna Saraconi. Qëllimi kësaj vizite konsistonte në nënshkrimin e Marrëveshjejes Kuadër mes dy institucioneve, marrëveshja e cila krijon hapësira që studentët e programeve të studimit të fushës Ekonomike dhe Shkencave Kompjuterike të UV, të kryejnë praktika profesionale nën mentorimin e ekspertëve të kësaj kompanie.

Marrëveshja Kuadër mes dy institucioneve u nënshkrua nga Rektori i UV Prof. Dr. Roland Zisi dhe CEO I “PHOENIX GROUP”, znj. Giovanna Saraconi. Pasi falenderoi presidentin e korporatës, Z. Giulio Fezzi dhe Znj. Giovanna Saraconi, për mikpritjen, përvojën dhe rezultatet e kompanisë që drejtojnë, Rektori i UV Prof. Dr Roland Zisi bëri një prezantim të shkurtër të profilit të Universitetit “Ismail Qemali” Vlorë, duke u fokusuar në momentet më përfaqësuese të rrugës së përshkuar qysh nga viti 1994 kur u themelua e deri më sot, si dhe në sfidat me të cilat ndeshet ai në kontekstin e zhvillimeve universitare bashkëkohore.
Nga ana e tij z. Giulio Fezzi, pasi shprehu kënaqësinë e takimit e falenderoi Rektorin e UV për informacionin e dhënë për UV dhe në vijim ofroi angazhimin e tij personal dhe kompanisë “Phoenix Group” që drejton, për krijimin e një partneriteti të besueshëm dhe të qëndrueshëm në funksion të përparimit profesional të studentëve që ndjekin programet e studimit të Ekonomikut dhe Shkencave Kompjuterike në Universitetin “Ismail Qemali” Vlorë.

Me një kohëzgjatje prej dhjetë vjetësh, Marrëveshja përcakton reciprocitet bashkëpunimi në fushën e praktikave kurrikulare dhe projekteve K&Zh që përfshijnë studentë që ndjekin një nga kurset e studimit të ciklit të parë trevjeçar ose master në programet e studimit në Ekonomik ose Shkenca Kompjuterike. Phoenix Group mirëpret në strukturën e tij studentë dhe të diplomuar që plotësojnë kërkesat për realizimin e objektivave të treguara në projektet individuale të trajnimit.. Në veçanti, Phoenix Group do të ofrojë projekte trajnimi për praktikën kurrikulare, (praktikë didaktike) – 150 orë – për studentët e Universitetit “Ismail Qemali” Vlorë, në distancë. Aktiviteti trajnues ndiqet dhe verifikohet nga tutori i caktuar nga UV dhe nga një tutor i kompanisë, i emëruar nga PhoenixGroup, i cili është menaxher i projektit. Tutori i universitetit monitoron të gjithë kursin e trajnimit dhe koordinon atë.

Cooperation agreement between “Ismail Qemali” University of Vlora, and “Phoenix Group”, Verona, Italy.
Rector of “Ismail Qemali” University of Vlora, Prof. Dr. Roland Zisi, on December 5-7, 2022, made a working visit to Verona, Italy, within the internationalization of the institution, as one of the main lines of the UV Development Strategy. During these days he held two meetings, respectively at the University of Verona, (Università degli Studi di Verona) and at the Headquarters of the Company “PHOENIX GROUP”, a Consulting Center for Management and Technological Services. Both meetings were coordinated by Mr. Albi Shabani, ALUMNI student of the Faculty of Economics of UV and then of the University of Verona, currently Expert Manager of the Phoenix Capital Project developed by “PHOENIX GROUP”.
In the Headquarters of the Company “PHOENIX GROUP”, Verona, Italy, the Rector of UV, Prof. Dr. Roland Zisi was received by the President of this corporation, Mr. Giulio Fezzi and its CEO, Mrs. Giovanna Saraconi. The purpose of this visit consisted in the signing of the Framework Agreement between the two institutions, the agreement which creates spaces for the students of the study programs in the field of Economics and Computer Sciences of UV, to carry out professional practices under the mentoring of the experts of this company.

The Framework Agreement between the two institutions was signed by the Rector of UV Prof. Dr. Roland Zisi and CEO of “PHOENIX GROUP”, Mrs. Giovanna Saraconi. After thanking the president of the corporation, Mr. Giulio Fezzi and Mrs. Giovanna Saraconi, for the hospitality, experience and results of the company they lead, UV Rector Prof. Dr. Roland Zisi made a brief presentation of the profile of “Ismail Qemali” University of Vlorë, focusing on the most representative moments of the path taken since 1994 when it was founded until today, as well as on the challenges it faces that in the context of contemporary university developments.
On his behalf, Mr. Giulio Fezzi, after expressing the satisfaction of the meeting, thanked the Rector of the UV for the information provided for the UV and then offered his personal commitment and the company “Phoenix Group” that he leads, for the creation of a reliable and stable partnership in the function of professional progress of students who follow the Economics and Computer Science study programs at “Ismail Qemali” University of Vlora.

Further, Mrs. Giovanna Saraconi, explained that Phoenix Group is essentially a consulting firm in management and IT services and together with the technology subsidiary Atlantis Next, offers Consulting in Managerial Operations, Corporate Finance, Insurance Distribution, Cyber Security and Corporate Services, with the aim of developing and optimizing strategies, processes and projects for banks, insurance companies and other types of companies.
Briefly about this FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT:
With a duration of ten years, the Agreement defines reciprocity of cooperation in the field of curricular practices and R&D projects involving students who follow one of the study courses of the first three-year cycle or master’s study programs in Economics or Computer Science. The Phoenix Group welcomes in its structure students and graduates who meet the requirements for the realization of the objectives indicated in the individual training projects. In particular, the Phoenix Group will offer training projects for curricular practice, (didactic practice) – 150 hours – for students of the University “Ismail Qemali” of Vlora, in distance. The parties undertake to exchange information and experiences on the basis of rules for activities and projects of common interest.
The training activity is monitored and verified by the tutor assigned by UV and by a company tutor, appointed by PhoenixGroup, who is the project manager. The university tutor monitors the entire training course and coordinates it.
The Phoenix Group has previously signed such Agreements with the Polytechnic University of Milan, the University of Padua, the University of Verona, the University of Trento, the Catholic University, the “Bocconi” University, the LUISS University, the Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC, the Free University of Bolzano and with the University of Milan – Bicocca. “Ismail Qemali” University of Vlorë, Albania, was recently added to this list.
