Elena Hunt, RN, MSc, PhD Elena Hunt is currently Professor Emeritus at Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Hunt, LScEc, BsN, MSN, PhD is an Emeritus Professor with a demonstrated history of successfully leading in the higher education industry. A strong education and health professional graduated from ASE, Ottawa U, UQTR (Economics, Health Care systems, Mental Health Nursing, Psychology), after a few years of Clinical Psychiatric Hospital Administration, she has taught at University of Ottawa and Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada, since 1996. As Dean, she has overseen a large Faculty of 123 professors and 3000 students within 44 diverse Health, Education and Social Sciences programs. She has authored, co-authored and reviewed countless publications and research reports for many Health and Education journals. Dr. Hunt has mentored generations of undergraduate, graduate and post-doctoral students. She is skilled in collaborative and team work in the following areas: Student Engagement, Promoting Cultural Safety and Diversity, University Governance, Program Conception, Evaluation and Accreditation, Lecturing, Instructional Design in classroom, hybrid and online environments, Clinical, Health and Education research methods, Mental and Transcultural Health. Genta Qirjako, Prof.Dr., MD, PhD Dr. Genta Qirjako, holds the position of Head of the Department of Health Promotion at the Institute of Public Health and is also an effective lecturer in the Department of Public Health at the Faculty of Medicine. She has a 6-year career at the Institute of Public Health and a 10-year career at the Faculty of Medicine. In 1998 she graduated as a general practitioner at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tirana. He specializes in "Public Health" and currently has the title "Professor". Has a long experience in the field of public health research and health promotion. She has conducted national and international studies and has worked as a consultant for Health Protection issues in the European Delegation in Albania. She is the author of several national and international scientific articles, textbooks for students of the Faculty of Medicine, as well as author of textbooks for high schools. Dr. Gentiana, since 2017, serves as a WHO collaborator in Albania on violence prevention issues. She is involved in many scientific events organized by WHO, UNICEF and UNFPA. Since 2017, Gentiana is the National Project Coordinator of the EU ImpleMentAll. Directs activities aimed at strengthening national capacities in the field of health promotion. Organizes and directs national awareness campaigns on various health issues, organized by Institute of Public Health. Alida Ramaj, RN, MSc, PhD PhD. Alida Ramaj, is a lecturer in the field of Nursing at the University of Bern since 2021, while during 2020 she has been a researcher in scientific projects at the University Hospital in Bern, Switzerland. Graduated in 1999 at the University of Vlora, Department of General Nursing, Phd Alida Rama in 2010 completes studies in Master of Science in Health and Nursing Sciences in Germany, University: Martin-Luther Halle - Wittenberg, and then in 2020 receives PhD in Health and Nursing Sciences in Germany, University: Martin-Luther Halle - Wittenberg. Her experience in the field of teaching has started since 1999-2013 as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Vlora, and then for the period 2018-2019 Lecturer in Nursing at the University of Cologne, Germany. Specializing in the pedagogical methods of teaching at the Higher Institute of Professions in Bern, Switzerland, Phd Alida Ramaj is the author of several national and international scientific articles. Flutura Kondili, MD, SPA. Flutura Kondili, currently works as gynaecologist at the Hospital of Pescares, Italy and part-time lecturer at Scuola di Medicina e Scienze della Salute, Università G. d’Annunzio, Chieti-Pescara. In 1994 has completed her university studies at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Medicine, for general medicines and in 2002 she completed her specialization in Obstetrics - Gynaecology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Tirana. From 1994-1998 she was a lecturer in Midwifery at the Faculty of Nursing, "Ismail Qemali" University of Vlorë. Until 2021 she was an assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Deforest Academy of Osteopathy, Pescara. From 2001 - 2009 she worked in the consultations and the hospital of Pescara with projects on the health of immigrant women in the territory. Ria Brujin, RN, CEN, MsN Ria Bruijn is a Lecturer in Nursing & Midwifery-RN, CEN, MsN, and departmental international coordinator in Nursing & Midwifery at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, Health Care, Campus Turnhout since 2008. From 1998 to 2008, he worked as a nursing teacher and tutor teacher at HIVSET – Turnhout. She worked as an intensive care nurse at AZ St Dimpna – Geel from 1994 to 1995, and at Maaslandziekenhuis-Sittard-Nederland from 1989 to 1994. She has also worked as an intensive care nurse at St. Lucas Hospital in Ekeren, a home care nurse at Homecare Wit-Gele kruis in Merksem, and a polyclinic nurse at FOB kliniek in Antwerpen. She is highly committed to implementing Evidence-Based Practice in healthcare. Ria is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and highly engaged professional. Ria has been part of the team on different international projects, such as Sweet Care! Collaborative and Integrated Care for People Affected by Diabetes and Collaboration and Development in Evidence-Based Nursing in Ethiopia and Belgium. Her challenge is to bring "internalization" in Thomas More Kempen to a high level. Sajmira Aderaj, RN, MSc, PhD candidate Sajmira Aderaj, Licensed Nurse, is a Ph.D candidate in Nursing Science and Public Health at ToR Vergata University, Rome, Italy. She is currently a Nursing Specialist in the SDC project "Health for All"-HAP. She has over 22 years of experience as a nurse, manager in nursing departments, teaching in nursing and coordinating projects with health components. Sajmira's primary research interests focus on assessing the role of nurses in public primary health care, assessing access to and needs for in-home care services, and evaluating modules by students as a means of improving the quality of teaching in undergraduate study programs. She is working on a study on the Psychometric Instrument of Caregivers that predicts the contribution of self-care to chronic patients with multiorbidity. The components that she is currently working on in the project are related to updating the working profiles of the nurses in healthcare. The establishment of integrated models of home care in primary health care, as well as the establishment and implementation of a Master's program "Family Nurse" at the Faculty of Medical Technical Sciences (FSHMT), Tirana. Rudina Degjoni, Health Manager, MSc, PhD Rudina Degjoni, currently is the director of the Memorial Hospital, Fier. She completed her bachelor and master studies in Athens, Greece, for Health and Social Welfare Management. Later she studied Business Administration in Switzerland, also doctoral studies in this field in Switzerland. Since 2012 she has worked in the Health Insurance Fund of Albania. She has worked in several hospitals in Albania and Greece, where she has held positions such as Head of Patient Department, Head of Operations Department, Patient Service Officer, and Head of Customer Service Department. Rudina Degjoni was appointed head of the FSDKSH in May 2019 after several years of managerial and academic experience and left this institution in September 2020.
