[:sq]Në datat 06-08 Korrik 2021, në kuadër të bashkëpunimit të projektit SUCCESS – Universiteti ‘Ismail Qemali’ dhe projektit GRADUA – Universiteti Bujqësor i Tiranës, u organizua në sallën Rilindja, aktiviteti ‘Traınıng on Labour Market Analysıs’.
Morën pjesë, Rektori i Universitetit ”Ismail Qemali” Vlorë, Prof.Dr. Roland Zisi, Rektori i Universitetit Bujqësor të Tiranës, Prof.Dr. Fatbardh Sallaku, Nënkryetarja e Bashkisë Vlorë, Dr. Aulona Veizi, koordinatorja e projektit SUCCESS, si dhe ZV/Dekane për Kërkimin Shkencor pranë Fakultetit të Ekonomisë, Prof. Assoc. Elenica Pjero (Beqiraj), koordinatorja e projektit GRADUA, Dr.Aurora Hoxha, përfaqësues nga institucione partnere, si dhe pedagogë e studentë.
Takimi u hap me fjalën përshëndetëse të Rektorit të Universitetit “Ismail Qemaili”, i cili theksoi rëndësinë e bashkëpunimeve ndërmjet universiteteve dhe programeve Erasmus+. Më tej, fjalën e mori Rektori i Universitetit Bujqësor të Tiranës, Z. Fatbardh Sallaku, i cili garantoi qëndrueshmërinë e platformës pas përfundimit të projektit, duke e cilësuar atë si një instrument tepër të rëndësisshëm për vlerësimin e performancës së institucioneve të arsimit të lartë në vendin tonë.
Nga ana tjetër, Znj. Aulona Veizi, Nënkryetare e Bashkisë Vlorë, shtoi rëndësinë e projektit dhe platformës parë nga këndvështrimi i tregut të punës. Ajo sugjeroi stafin koordinator që promovimi i platformës të bëhet edhe në institucionet publike, sikurse Bashkia, si një instrument i rëndësishëm në ndihmë të departamentit të burimeve njerëzore. Ajo garantoi gjithashtu mbështetjen e instuticionit të saj në drejtim të promovimit të platformës në kompanitë lokale.
Koordinatorja e projektit SUCCESS, Znj.Elenica Pjero (Beqiraj) bëri një prezantim të gjetjeve të projektit SUCCESS duke analizuar situatën aktuale dhe trendet e tregut të punës në vendin tonë si dhe në vendet e BE-së. Ajo evidentoi gjithashtu edhe disa nga përmirësimet që mund të bëhen për të përforcuar bashkëpunimin universitet – sipërmarrje.
Gjatë këtij takimi të suksesshëm, Prof. Dr. Roland Zisi, i dorëzoi Rektorit të Universitetit Bujqësor të Tiranës, Prof. Dr.Fatbardh Sallaku, “Shprehjen e Interesit”, duke nisur zyrtarisht procedurat për përfshirjen e universitetit tonë në platformën “GRADUA”, e cila krijon një bazë të të dhënave për të diplomuarit.
Duke qënë pjesë e platformës, universiteti përfiton nga mjetet innovative të vlerësimit për të adresuar cilësinë e arsimit, duke u përpjekur të lehtësojë depërtimin e të rinjve në tregun e punës.
[:en]In the framework of the collaboration between SUCCESS project – University ‘Ismail Qemali’ and GRADUA project- Agricultural University of Tirana, from the 06th to the 08th of July 2021, was organized the activity ‘Traınıng on Labor Market Analysis’ at “Rilindja” hall.
Participants in this activity were Rector of University “Ismail Qemali” Vlora, Prof.Dr. Roland Zisi. Rector of Agricultural University of Tirana, Prof. Dr. Fatbardh Sallaku, Deputy Mayor of Vlora, Dr. Aulona Veizi, the coordinator of SUCCESS project, as well as Vice Dean for Scientific Research at the Faculty of Economy, Prof.Assoc. Elenica Pjero (Beqiraj), the coordinator of GRADUA project, Dr. Aurora Hoxha, representatives from partner institutions, as well as professors and students.
Rector of University “Ismail Qemaili”, Prof.Zisi, opened the meeting with the greeting speech where he stressed the importance of cooperation between universities and Erasmus+ programs. Then, the Rector of Agricultural University of Tirana, Prof. Sallaku, guaranteed the stability of the platform after the completion of the project, describing it as a very important instrument for evaluating the performance of higher education institutions in our country.
Dr. Veizi, Deputy Mayor of Vlora, highlighted the importance of the project and the platform seen from the perspective of the labor market. She suggested to the coordinating staff that the platform promotion can be done in public institutions, such as the Municipality, as an important instrument in assisting the human resources department. She also guaranteed the support of her institution in terms of promoting the platform to local companies.
The coordinator of the SUCCESS Project, Assoc.Prof. Pjero (Beqiraj) presented the SUCCESS project findings by analyzing the current situation and labor market trends in our country and in EU countries. She also highlighted some of the improvements that can be made to strengthen university-entrepreneurship cooperation.
During this successful meeting, Prof. Dr. Roland Zisi, handed over “Expression of Interest” to the Rector of the Agricultural University of Tirana, Prof. Dr. Fatbardh Sallaku, officially launching the procedures for the inclusion of our university in the “GRADUA” platform which creates a database for graduates.
Being part of the platform, our university benefits from innovative assessment tools to address the quality of education, trying to facilitate the participation of young people in the labor market.
