Më 24 Shkurt 2023, Universiteti ‘Ismail Qemali”, mori pjesë në kursin e trajnimit të zhvilluar me partnerët e Projektit SUCCESS në Universitetin Epoka, Tiranë, Shqipëri. Ne trajnimin njëditor moren pjese perfaqesues te Fakultetit te Ekonomise, i cili po e zbaton kete projekt: koordinatorja e projektit Zv.Dekane per Kerkimin Shkencor, Prof.Assoc.Elenica Pjero (Beqiraj) dhe Prof.Assoc.Xhiliola Agaraj (Shehu). Aktiviteti u organizua në kuadër të WP4 të këtij projekti mbi “Zhvillimin e Startup-eve” dhe përfshinte tre faza kryesore: zhvillimin e ideve dhe ekipit, planifikimin dhe zbatimin si dhe trajnimin përkatës. U krijuan materiale për të tre modulet, të cilat do të përdoren në kurset e mëtejshme të trajnimit për studentët si edhe në konkursin e tyre final. Projekti “Bashkëpunimi i Qëndrueshëm Universitet – Sipërmarrje për Përmirësimin e Punëzënies së të diplomuarve” (𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦) financohet nga programi Erasmus+ i Bashkimit Evropian.
“Train the Trainer on Start-Up Development”– 𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 Project
On February 24, 2023, University “Ismail Qemali” participated in the training course developed with the partners of the SUCCESS Project at Epoka University, Tirana, Albania. The one-day training was attended by representatives of the Faculty of Economics, which is implementing this project: the coordinator of the project, Vice Dean for Scientific Research, Prof. Assoc. Elenica Pjero (Beqiraj) and Prof. Assoc. Xhiliola Agaraj (Shehu). The activity was organized within the framework of WP4 of this project on “Startup Development” and included three main phases: idea and team development, planning and implementation as well as pitch training. Materials were created for all three modules, which will be used in further training courses for the students as well as in their final competition. The project ” Sustainable University–Enterprise Cooperation for Improving Graduate Employability” (𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦) is financed by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
